Bernhard is the founder and CEO of WinJi. He holds a Master of Science from ETH Zurich in Mechanical Engineering of Energy Systems and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen. Bernhard has more than 20 years experience in the energy industry with a strong focus on power production, M&A and operation of new renewable energies as well as trading. Previously, he was deputy CEO at IWB, manager and strategy consultant of international energy and industry projects. Bernhard has many years of project experience in Europe, USA, South-East Asia and China.

Hans Peter Gränicher
Hans Peter is a co-founder of WinJi focusing on Strategy & Business development. He has been fascinated by the opportunity to unite the fields of renewable energy and Smart Data. He is a founder and the CEO of D|ONE, a leading Swiss AI specialist. Previously, he was working in innovation consultancy and the energy sector.

Roman graduated in Materials Science from ETH Zurich (2003) and earned a PhD degree at the EPFL in Lausanne (2008). Afterwards, he did postdoctoral research and completed an entrepreneurial training course at Stanford University in California (Silicon Valley). He worked for 8 years, most recently as Head of Business Unit, at a leading global equipment and module manufacturer in the photovoltaic industry. Since 2019, Roman is responsible for sales and business development at WinJi.

Hansruedi von der Mühll
Hansruedi holds a degree in electrical engineering from ETH Zurich and is Chief Technology Officer at WinJi.
Hansruedi is Fellow and member of the Board of Directors of Netcetera, a Swiss high-end software provider. He uses his more than 20 years of experience in software engineering by contributing expertise in architecture and scalability of the platform.

Simon is a co-founder of WinJi and leads the development of the cloud platform. He is a founder, the CTO and Board President of D|ONE. Previously, he had been managing director of the IT company Netcetera. Simon received his PhD in physics from the University of Berne. In his thesis, he studied the origin of the solar wind in the interplanetary space.

Dimitrios graduated in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NTU Athens (2012) and earned a dual PhD degree of KU Leuven and NTU Athens. As a visiting PhD student, he worked extensively with the PV department of imec, resulting in a number of publications and patents. His expertise lies in advanced modelling and forecasting of PV installations, with a focus on machine learning. Since December 2019, Dimitrios works as an Asset Analyst at WinJi.

Nicolas studied Energy and Environmental Engineering at the ZHAW School of Engineering in Winterthur. He also has professional experience in the IT sector. Nicolas has been working as an Asset Manager at WinJi since 2018. He is responsible for the concept development, implementation and testing of further platform developments, operation of the IoT platform, onboarding of new power plants to the platform as well as data communication with customer assets.

Janine holds a Bachelor degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from the ZHAW School of Engineering in Winterthur. In her Bachelor thesis she compiled and analysed wind measurement data for a wind yield report. Since 2017, Janine has been working as an Asset Analyst at WinJi. She is responsible for in-depth asset analysis, performance optimization projects and the business requirement of analytical functions and reporting features of the platform.

Asli received her PhD in theoretical mathematics from University of Southampton in 2003. Afterwards, she worked as a researcher at the Max Planck Institute in Bonn, followed by IHES in Paris, and CIRM in Barcelona. From 2008 she worked as an associate professor at the University of Marseille, before she joined D|ONE in 2013. At WinJi, Asli is responsible for the conceptual development of the platform as well as for the optimization and prediction algorithms.
