Client Success & Product Manager 100%

Your Key Tasks:

  • Become a Trusted Partner for our customers by building a strong relationship during the entire after-sale journey

  • Successfully develop the Customer Lifecycle by delivering our claim, overachieving customer expectations and ensuring successful long term renewals

  • Be a Key Driver for Growth by systematic & proactive development of Customer Value and deliver it

  • Lead our Asset Analyst team to achieve the next level of Customer Success Management

  • Further develop the Product Strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to implement it together with our product developers and in line with customer demand.

Your Profile:

  • Passionate about customer success and product development

  • 7+ years experience in a similar B2B customer role, ideally for a SaaS business

  • Deep expertise in wind technology, additional renewable knowledge is a plus

  • Customer-focused mindset, good listening skills and strong problem-solver

  • Inspiring team leader, self-driven mover and open-minded team player, ‘walk the talk’

  • Startup situation and perspectives motivates and drives you, eager to grow

  • Motivated by the challenge of a highly ambitious business plan & development roadmap

  • Business or Engineering degree

  • Excellent written and verbal English and German language skills

  • Inspired by renewable energies & pushing boundaries.
